Subvocalization - Perception Knack

Subvocalization, aka "The Scion Whisper" - Perception Knack - Prerequisite: Broad-Spectrum Reception

You have practiced the fine art of subtle subvocalization. You may speak without moving your lips, at frequencies and volumes so low only those with Epic Perception can hear you. Two characters with Epic Perception and this knack may thus carry on a conversation totally unnoticed, even under close observation.

If speaking at subsonic frequencies, Scions with Broad-Spectrum Reception, high-quality microphones, nearby seismographs, and certain non-human creatures might pick it up, at the Storyteller's discretion. On the plus side, however, you can have such a conversation at any volume without mortals noticing, and can carry it on despite significant background noise.

If speaking at subvolumes, only those with Epic Perception can hear you. You can even set the level of Epic Perception needed to hear you, though you can't pick a level greater than your own Epic Percep. However, when using subvolumes, any significant background noise will totally drown you out.

Subvolume and subfrequency can be combined to make for a very selective conversation.

I decided this was a little too good as initially written, so I edited it to give it a PreRequisite.

I also added the clarification about combining the two methods.
